HOW DID YOU FIRST MEET YOUR IN-LAWS?

to be fair, ill discuss both sets of in-laws as i am married for the second time .

first IN-LAWS were with former hubby DANIEL MATTHEW CARMICHAEL and i met them wehn we took an impromtue trip (12 hours stright) to VIRGINIA for a visit.
i met dans mother delores, and his step-dad (whom i didnt really like all that much)
met his father ED, and his step mother FAYE.
as well as the siblings (minus one brother) and thier families as well.

fast forward to today
i met craigs mother the day before she married his step-dad KEN in NORTH CAROLINA (6 hour trip) as well as the rest of his family and thier children and significant others too.
i was VERY nervous about meeting craigs mother and family. i had seen pics of them and they all looked like thin ppl. and im not. and that alotted me to have time (during the drive) to build up some hesitations and worries associated to that fact.
when it came time to be introduced..i stepped out and was suprised to see a warm and gracious woman standing before me. who looked as if she never really noticed the weight issue. (i dont see how she couldnt, but im not her so ill leave it at that).
i was later pleased to see, his aunt, his mothers sister was also plus sized. not as much as me, but she wasnt a small bird either. and i felt more included In the family at that point.
i relaxed and enjoyed myself at that ppoint, but i wont lie, i was pleased to finally go home where i could relax and not worry anymore about it all.
